Jenny draws on her knowledge and experience to explain Government department and Agency decision-making processes so you can understand. She can assist you to make Freedom of Information applications, to appeal a decision, or challenge an administrative process.

Jenny will analyse administrative decisions by State and Federal government departments, agencies and organisations. She will work with you to decide on the most appropriate actions that can be taken including:

• Internal complaints processes 
• Freedom of Information applications 
• Review applications to VCAT 
• Review applications to the AAT
