Fees and Charges

Jenny understands that legal fees can be unfamiliar territory and so will always ensure that we are clear and upfront about your costs and are always prepared to explain and answer any questions you may have. She will provide you with an estimate of costs upfront, and where required, a costs agreement. She will keep you informed and involved with respect to any potential changes to your legal costs. Lawyers are not entitled to charge, and Jenny does not charge, for any time spent explaining and answering questions about legal costs. 

At your first inquiry, the first hour to speak with you and review documents is free of charge, and from there on, bill at a pro-rata hourly rate. Where appropriate, for personal injury or medical negligence claims, the legal services may be provided on a 'no win, no fee' legal services.
