Going to Court

Jenny's broad experience, combined with her persistence and tenacity will help ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible for you. She has extensive litigation experience, regularly acting on matters in Tribunals, the Supreme and County Courts, as well as having matters progress to the High Court of Australia. She will help you understand the processes and procedures, the people involved and what to expect, so you can make an informed decision about how to proceed.

She has an extensive network of legal professionals enabling her to engage barristers with specific experience relevant to your issue, Her diligence and attention to detail means she is able to identify all available options in order to achieve the best possible outcome for you. Sometimes this may even mean  not going to court.

You will be kept informed and involved at every step:

  • Court procedures and processes - what will happen and when
  • Court personnel - who will be there and what they do
  • Court etiquette and expectations - what you should do and not do
  • What happens after the Court hearing
